Comprising several brands operating in the US, the Middle East, Africa, and India, Beyontec was known as B2-USA, Beyontec, Beyontec Solutions, and Beyontec 2nable in its respective geographic markets. Those disparate brands created the impression that Beyontec was a small player in each of its geographic regions, rather than a global enterprise.
Prior Marks
In addition, Beyontec had a different product brand in each of its geographic regions. All of them competed with, diluted, and caused confusion for their corresponding corporate brands.
O’Brien Communications Group helped us achieve every one of our strategic and tactical objectives. And they did it all in just nine months. Thanks to their efforts, traffic has gone up on all our websites, and our new-business opportunities have increased.

One corporate identity

To resolve brand confusion and dilution across the globe, we consolidated the disparate names and identities into one.

One product brand

We proposed the Beyontec Suite as a single name for the different names the product had in each region. Then we developed employee and client communications to present the change and its rationale.

Three regional websites

One for the US, one for the Middle East and Africa (MEA), and one for India — optimized for all browsers, accessible on and responsive to any device.

Stationery Package

We designed a stationery package for each geographic location. It comprised business cards, letterhead, envelopes, and an email signature. Then we worked with the respective vendors to make sure each piece was properly created.

A series of 16 videos describing the various modules included in, the lines of business covered by, and the functional capabilities that round out the Beyontec Suite.
